• Online Surveys: we handle all aspects of your online survey needs, including programming, sample procurement, fielding, and on-demand reporting. While we specialize in tracking studies, our online survey engine can handle even the most complex surveys, with advanced logic, quota management, dynamic text and advanced methods (Conjoint, Discrete Choice and Max-Diff). And our web portal provides on-demand reporting, dashboards and real-time alerts that make it easy for you and your clients to take action on survey results.
  
  
• Online Focus Groups: handle all aspects of your online focus group needs, including programming, sample procurement, fielding, and on-demand reporting. With our online focus group application, asynchronous discussions are conducted over a period of 2 to 5 days. Each group consists of between 10 and 25 participants. With the asynchronous format, moderation is easy and multiple groups can be conducted at the same time. We can even add quantitative questions before each day's discussion. All feedback is available through our web portal, can be sliced and diced with a complete transcript that can be easily downloaded into Word.
